Wife and I went to this location in hopes of finding our first new car. We were aided by the salesman Paul who did a fantastic job in answering all our questions as well as taking the time to show us the cars we were interested in. He was very patient with us as we are first time buyers of a completely new vehicle. Ricardo, their finance manager, was also exceptional. He took his time to explain all the financial aspects that come with buying a new car, and just like Paul, answered all of our questions. Both Paul and Ricardo stayed well over closing time to help us seal the deal, and yes, though this was a sure sell at that point and it benefits them us staying longer to sign, we appreciate their commitment. We were originally going to go with another dealer, but with one phone call from Ricardo and Paul, we were back. Please keep in mind that us going with another dealer had more to do with our indecisions than anything. But to keep it short, they have been very helpful and we hope to keep doing business with them in the future. Thanks!
